• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If there is any delay in processing your order, we will inform you by email or phone.

Delivery Timeframes:

• Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. We offer Standard and Express shipping options. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while Express shipping takes 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Delivery Fees:

• Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. We offer free Standard shipping for orders over $50. We reserve the right to change our delivery fees at any time without notice.

Delivery Process:

• All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order online using the tracking number provided. Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that the address is correct and complete.
• If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery. If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your package or arrange for redelivery. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of packages after they have been delivered to the address provided.

Returns:

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please contact us by email or phone to initiate the return process. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition. We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.
